Mutable Voice Control Provides Accessibility without Sacrificing Privacy
The system’s sleek, wall-mounted devices are designed to blend seamlessly with the residence’s refined aesthetic, ensuring that the modern technology remains discreet. Maxicon worked closely with the homeowners to customize the setup, balancing user-friendliness with the desire for a high-performance system, all while adhering to the project’s budget and timelines.

The installation of the Josh.ai system posed challenges, given the penthouse’s intricate architecture and design, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning views of the Florida coast. The integration required precise routing of wiring and careful placement to maintain a clean and unobtrusive appearance, even incorporating the system into the home’s elevator. As privacy was a core desire from the owner, options like microphone muting are also baked directly into the system.

In addition to Josh.ai, the Elysian Penthouse is equipped with the Lutron RadioRA 3 system, enabling sophisticated control of lighting and shades, as well as Ubiquiti Wi-Fi 6 access points that ensure robust connectivity throughout the residence. The Control4 system ties all these elements together, providing a unified, seamless user experience.
