MSE Audio, the parent brand of several audio brands across the residential and commercial audio markets, has announced the introduction of the RS1201i SuperT subwoofer from its SoundTube brand.
The RS1201i SuperT Pendant Style Subwoofer is available in a choice of black or white finishes, and it is designed for use in open ceiling or surface-mount applications.
SoundTube says that its latest subwoofer employs a unique non-traditional 70/100-volt technology that improves performance without affecting sensitivity and frequency response.
Internally, the pendant-style subwoofer utilizes a 12-inch treated-fiber cone woofer with a cloth surround within a ported enclosure.
MSE Audio states the subwoofer provides 32Hz to 100Hz +/-10dB frequency response, and it comes with mounting hardware, along with UL listed cables and a SpeedClamp self-locking wire clamp.
In addition, the new subwoofer also comes with a two-position tap switch for 70.7-, 100-volt and 4-ohm system connections.
