Providing dealers with more commercial and residential speaker options, Pure Resonance Audio has introduced its new S6.1 and S8.1 loudspeakers.
The company points out that its latest speakers provide technical elements such as three-way designs that include weather-resistant enclosures. The new S6.1 and S8.1 speakers from Pure Resonance Audio employ the company’s streamlined industrial designs, and Optimal Bass Enhancement radiator technology that is said to help the speakers deliver a fuller, richer sound.
According to the company, the new three-way speakers also provide dealers a choice of 70-volt products that are IP65-rated to support their use in indoor or outdoor environments. Pure Resonance Audio also emphasizes the S6.1 and S8.1 speakers’ UV-protected enclosures are sealed to keep the speakers free from dust and dirt, and through the design of the products, integrators can mount the speakers vertically or horizontally on walls, under awnings, and other similar locations.
The S6.1 speaker features a 6.5-inch graphite woofer and 1-inch silk-dome tweeter. The 86dB sensitive speaker is rated to produce a frequency response of 80Hz to 20kHz. The larger S8.1 loudspeaker incorporates an 8-inch graphite woofer and 1.1-inch silk-dome tweeter. The87dB sensitive speaker is rated to produce a frequency response of 55Hz to 20kHz.
