CL-1000 Control Amplifier

The newly announced Luxman CL-1000 Control Amplifier is designed as the successor to the company’s C-1000, which was first introduced back in 1975.

Luxman says that its latest product incorporates its LECUTA volume control system, and the company emphasizes the CL-1000 was developed as a companion to its MQ-300 tube stereo amplifier.

Explaining its Luxman Electronically Controlled Ultimate Transformer Attenuator (LECUTA) volume control system, Luxman says the solution incorporates a 34-step rotary switch that triggers 34 relays that are outside of the signal path.
