Planar, a global manufacturer of display solutions, has expanded its selection of LED products through the release of its new FX Series.
The product line is available with outdoor models that include 1.5, 1.9, 2.6 and 3.9 millimeter pixel pitches, and indoor versions with 1.5, 1.9 and 2.6 millimeter pixel pitch choices.
According to Planar, The outdoor models deliver 4,000 nits of brightness, and the indoor models produce up to 3,500 nits of brightness. Planar states that integrators can use these products in environments where high brightness levels are needed to provide up-close viewing in daylight hours.
Usage scenarios include placement in lobbies, corporate campus exteriors, transportation, retail locations and hospitality businesses.
In addition, the FX Series of displays incorporate full-front service and magnet-secured modules. The products measure 500 x 500 millimeters, and integrators can utilize the products for fixed installations, hanging displays and stacked designs.
