After introducing its OASYS earlier this year at CES 2025, Panasonic has announced it will be bringing its latest HVAC and indoor air quality (IAQ) system to the 2025 NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS). The rest of the company’s IAQ portfolio will make an appearance at the show as well, which also includes the new BalancedHome Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) series.
OASYS and BalancedHome will both be a part of Panasonic’s interactive displays while at IBS 2025 and will be located at Booth C5919. Additionally, Panasonic will be joined by special guest Mike Holmes, one of North America’s foremost authorities on home construction, renovation and building standards, and a long-time advocate for healthy living spaces, who will be onsite at the booth on Tuesday morning at 11:15 a.m.

Panasonic bills its OASYS System as a “first-of-its-kind” HVAC and indoor air quality solution created for modern, high-performance homes. According to the company, the system is able to reduce energy consumption for heating and air conditioning by up to 53% compared to traditional HVAC systems thanks to its more compact designs. The smaller design is also reportedly supposed to aid in installation as well, with the system requiring shorter runs overall in comparison to the large trunk lines of traditional systems. The OASYS system also features 6-inch ducting, which, according to Panasonic, translates to more powerful air distribution with fewer complications.
“With the new OASYS Solution, builders no longer need to choose between performance, energy efficiency and ease of installation,” said Scott Kirkendall, Director, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Business Unit, Panasonic Eco Systems North America. “As home design continues to evolve and builders work to meet growing demand, we’re committed to providing solutions that help professionals create a competitive advantage with every build.”
In 2024, Panasonic was recognized for its ventilation excellence, earning awards as the 2024 EnergyStar Partner of the Year winner for Sustained Excellence and Green Builder Media’s 2024 Sustainable Brand Leader in the ventilation category, while the WhisperGreen Select series was recognized as “Best for Large Bathrooms” by U.S. News & World Report on its list of Best Bathroom Exhaust Fans of 2024.
