Epson is now shipping its new EpiqVision Ultra LS500 4K PRO-UHD Laser Projector TV line of products.
The company’s newest product line combines an ultra-short projector with a custom-built ambient light rejecting (ALR) projection screen that is specifically designed for the LS500.
Epson says its new line of products delivers 4K HDR content in a choice of either 100-inch or 120-inch screen sizes.
The home-friendly, large-screen system utilizes the Android TV platform to provide users with all of their streaming services and a built-in remote control that includes Google Assistant.
Internally, the LS500 4K PRO-UHD Laser TV line of products incorporates a 3LCD chipset that is capable of reproducing the Rec. 709 color gamut, and a light engine that is capable of reproducing up to 4,000 lumens of brightness.
The new line of Epson products also provide HDMI 2.0 with 18Gbps of throughput with ARC support.
