Hisense, has announced the appointment of Chris Annen to vice president, consumer electronics at Hisense U.S.A.
Earlier this year, David Gold was named the president of Hisense U.S.A., after his promotion from the role of vice president, which helped lead to the rapid growth of the consumer electronics division in the U.S.
Annen steps into the role with high amounts of industry experience, and proven results throughout his professional career.
“I’m thrilled to step into this role of leading our sales and digital marketing teams towards our goal of continuing to increase Hisense’s position in the US market,” says Annen.
“David laid a great foundation with a focus on product quality and performance, and I’m looking forward to building on that to develop and deepen relationships and oversee strategic planning, performance management and improvement in processes. We’ve made incredible progress in the last couple of years, and I look forward to pushing that even further.”
Annen joined Hisense earlier this year as the senior director of sales and e-commerce, and brought more than 20 years of experience in sales, finance, operations and digital marketing to the role. Annen’s expertise resulted in the development of key business relationships, and the establishment of new and innovative practices and processes through sales channels. Prior to joining Hisense USA, Annen was the vice president and general manager of sales and operations at Samsung Electronics America.
