Global control and automation manufacturer RTI recently announced that the company has launched a major update to its website and award-winning dealer portal.
The RTI website has been refreshed with a new look and feel that the company says better showcases the capabilities its control and AV distribution solutions provide for the residential, commercial, and hospitality markets. In addition, the company has updated its dealer portal to make it even easier for integrators to access the resources they need.
“We understand that everyone’s time is valuable, so we try to make it as easy as possible for integrators to log into the site, get the information they require — software, firmware, training, drivers, tools, and more — and get on with serving their customers,” says Bill Hensley, head of global marketing at RTI. “And as demonstrated by our new website and dealer portal, we’re always focused on improving the experience.”
The news comes not long after the company won a silver medal in 2021 CE Pro Quest for Quality Awards for Best Dealer Website.

We’re always focused on improvements; in fact by the time you read this we will have launched a whole new website and dealer website,” says Hensley.
The company also took home a Category Kudos award for Best Shipping Policies. “It’s an on-demand world, and the team at RTI recognizes our dealers’ needs. Great shipping is a team effort; accuracy from order entry to shipping, and same-day processing moves products from our many distribution points into our dealers’ hands when and where they need it,” says Jim Koenig, national sales director, RTI.
