NBA superstar Kevin Durant sold his Miami penthouse in May. Now the new owner is renting the Biscayne Bay luxury residence for $20,000 per month.

Kevin Durant’s former penthouse in Miami is now available for rent (Update: It's no longer available!). The residence at 900 Biscayne Bay is on the market for $20,000 per month. In May the Oklahoma City Thunder star sold the penthouse to its current owner for $3.15 million.

At 3,793 square feet, the penthouse features three bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a formal living room, gourmet kitchen, a five-seat home theater, and private elevator.

The penthouse is equipped with a Crestron whole home control system and Sonos music server. There are Lutron lighting solutions and Somfy shade controls for the energy-efficient sliding glass doors and windows.

Its waterfront view overlooks Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, which can be seen from the 991 square feet of terrace space.

Additional amenities include a Sub-Zero refrigerator, oversized soaking whirlpool tub, and 36-inch white-glass floors.
