The Kardashian clan has all but taken over Calabasas, Calif., but the youngest sister Kylie Jenner is slowly accumulating real estate in Hidden Hills, a town not too far away.
Her newest purchase, the third one this year, is a 13,200-square-foot, 1.4-acre $12 million mansion.
It sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and high enough on the hill to have breathtaking views of the surrounding valley.

The patio boasts an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, courtyard, greenery and private guesthouse with its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
Earlier this year, the 19-year-old purchased a $4.5 million house next door to her $6 million home in the same neighborhood.
