Kohler has announced it will be bringing a slew of new smart home wellness products to their booth at CES 2024, most notably, a sizeable upgrade to its smart shower system, Anthem, that brings forward a slew of new features including more customization in the showering experience and a slew of preset showering experiences.
Integrators may already be acquainted with the Anthem Shower from when Kohler made an appearance at KBIS 2022, as well as CEDIA Expo 2022, however, the Anthem+ adds a few new features to the smart shower’s system.
Designed to create an “in-home spa experience,” the shower employs a digital control system that controls water, light, sound and steam in a single system. The touchscreen allows for the development of multiple preset profiles for one touch shower experiences, which users can configure from the Kohler Konnect app.
Additionally, Kohler will be showcasing some more unique smart bathroom solutions at the Kohler CES booth (#52817, Venetian Expo Hall) including a voice activated bidet seat.
Contrasting the recently launched Numi 2.0 smart bidet, the PureWash Bidet Seat is meant to be a more wallet-friendly option for those seeking a bidet in their home without having to completely replace their old toilet fixture.
Coming in at $2,149 MSRP, the PureWash Smart Bidet seat offers heated seating and contactless opening and fits neatly over the toilet with black or white color finishes. The newly added voice control features work through either Alexa or Google Home and allow for hands-free control of the spray, dryer and UV cleaning.
Kohler is also introducing a smart bathroom fan named Atmo that can automatically sense when humidity is high and ventilate. Users can also schedule on/off times, fan speed, light levels and even configure a night light setting.
Kohler will also feature an expanded range of smart toilets at this year’s show including new variations of Numi 2.0, Innate, and Veil, as well as 2023 CES Innovation Award honoree, Stillness Bath.
