Today I received yet another email from a consumer who wants to know which higher-end home automation system — in this case Crestron or Savant — is the best.
Since I get this type of question all the time, I thought I'd share my response here.

When choosing between those two solutions, it's more a matter of the integrator/installer rather than the product itself. I recommend you interview some integrators and work with the one you feel most comfortable with. Some of them install multiple systems so they can compare them and suggest which one is right for you.
