Product: NK-1, Wireless Controller + Bakpak
Question: How can I more efficiently support/service all of the networks in my customer’s homes?
What’s your most memorable CEDIA moment?
My most memorable CEDIA moment was our Pakedge 10-year anniversary celebration a few years ago. It was a proud moment for Vic, Dusan, and I. This year though, I am most looking forward to our Launch Event for BakPak 4.0 on Sept 14th and our BOMB Factory party with Control4 on Sept. 15th.
Course Offerings at CEDIA:
Control4: Customer LAST! Know About Issues BEFORE Your Customer with Pakedge BakPak — Fri. Sep. 16, 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm.
Think of your closest competitor. What is one thing you do offer that they don’t?
Pakedge is a platform, not just a collection of disparate hardware. Pakedge’s unified platform approach allows you to quickly and easily scale to customers’ evolving needs. It only takes a component or two to take a customer’s network to the next level and the combination of versatility, best-in-class performance, simplified setup, and management is unrivaled.
Pakedge devices work together to unlock features, allowing the network to be fine-tuned for individual environments—offering an ever-evolving platform that can adapt and grow as a client’s needs change.
With the addition of BakPak, a cloud-based system manager, integrators can configure networks more efficiently with automated mapping, configurations wizards, and group device management. They can manage their clients more closely with detailed reports and a sophisticated alerts system. And BakPak isn’t just for Pakedge devices, it allows integrators to monitor a number of third party devices, any connected IP devices that have web-based UIs, and ZigBee and Z-Wave devices thanks to Control4 integration.
Other network manufacturers have tried to imitate this platform through partnerships, but in the end it’s still not unified because they don’t provide support for each other products and don’t have the built-in software intelligence features that Pakedge does.
