Rotel, a global manufacturer of high-performance audio equipment, has announced a significant strategic shift in its U.S. market operations. Effective March 1, 2025, Rotel will directly distribute its Rotel and Michi products to dealers across the United States through its newly established entity: Clear Wave Ventures, LLC.
James Krodel will lead U.S. sales operations, supported by a dedicated team of professionals and Rotel’s global headquarters.

Clear Wave Ventures, LLC, headquartered in Houston, Texas, will warehouse and distribute for directly from their own warehouse ensuring timely and reliable deliveries. The state-of-the-art facility will also serve as a hub for Rotel and Michi inventory and sales, technical support and service, and spare parts holdings. Dealers can expect robust stock levels with centralized U.S. distribution.
