ProSource Celebrates Women in Consumer Technology

ProSource, a national audio, video, and integration buying group, is recognizing the women at ProSource. In the technology industry, where women make up less than 25% of the workforce, ProSource states that its employment of women is above the average, and it is celebrating the growing position of women in Consumer Technology (CT).

Meet the Women who Make up 38% of the Team at ProSource

Sherry Dantonio is the vice president of member recruitment and education. Dantonio has been a part of the ProSource team, having held various roles, including senior director of education & member recruitment for the last two years, and as director of membership for six years prior. Before joining ProSource Dantonio spent over 11 years with Home Entertainment Source.

In her time at ProSource Dantonio is proud of launching ProSource University in May 2020, as well as launching ProSource Academy in July 2021, and most recently launching ProSource Project Management Bootcamp in June 2023. Currently, she is located in Seattle, Washington. Outside of work, She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, making movies or art, and exploring the outdoors by sailing, camping, and hiking.

Heidi Gunderson is the director of marketing and events. Gunderson just celebrated one year with ProSource. Before joining ProSource, Gunderson spent 12 years with Wireless Advocates, a company that sold cell phones and accessories in Costco and in Military Exchanges. Since joining ProSource, Gunderson has made improvements to events; she is a large presence on social media, and has been working internally on improving overall planning and streamlining processes. Gunderson is located in Seattle, Washington. In her free time, you can find her traveling, shopping, working on her Airbnb in Scottsdale, Arizona and taking a lot of photos.

Jennifer Miller the buying group’s newly promoted director of operations. Miller previously served as ProSource’s executive coordinator, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the organization. ProSource says that Miller has been an asset since joining the team, helping to streamline many internal processes and make the company’s operations more efficient. Miller is originally from Canada and attended Langara College pre-commerce, then the University of British Columbia, where she obtained her real estate license. Prior to ProSource, she worked in the mortgage industry for six years. Miller currently lives in Denver, Colorado. In her free time, you can find her traveling the world with her family or finding adventure outdoors by skiing, hiking, or white-water rafting.

Alexa Wolf is the marketing and events specialist at ProSource. Wolf has been with ProSource for just over a year, and in that time, she has contributed to the success of all ProSource’s major events, including the CI Summit and Pro/Power Spring Conference. Wolf also manages ProSource’s social media and marketing campaigns. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University, where she graduated in 2019. Alexa resides in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with friends and family, reading, traveling, and going to concerts.

Tiffani Fritz is the newest addition to the ProSource team, joining two months ago as the finance coordinator. Prior to joining ProSource Fritz owned a bookkeeping business for interior designers and architects. She holds a degree in interior design from Colorado State University, and is located in Denver, Colorado. Fritz is very family oriented. In her free time, you will find her spending time with her husband and two children.
