ProjX360, has announced the integration of its dealer software with Portal Proposals. Portal is a custom integration product database management and proposal generation, and ProjX360 points out that Portal helps integrators create professional proposals quickly and easily while also standardizing all the industry’s products into one easy to use catalog maintaining the product specifications, pricing, images, and more.
“I am excited to grow our partnership with Portal by adding the proposal integration. We have had the integration with their product data base for the last seven years and it has helped our customers a great deal,” says Doug Greenwald founder of ProjX360.
“Now by having the proposal integration it will allow current Portal customers to continue to create great proposals in a platform they are familiar with, but now have the option to easily push the proposal into ProjX360 to manage the entire project once the proposal is approved.”
The workflow for this integration is the integrator can enter their new client and opportunity information into ProjX360. Once the integrator is ready to create the Portal proposal, they can push the client information into Portal and go into Portal and that client they just pushed up and create a proposal. Once that proposal is approved, they can push the entire proposal into ProjX360 where they can now create a project and manage the entire project creating work orders, tracking time, scheduling, creating checklists, creating custom forms, managing inventory, and much more.
