Madison Industries, a large privately held company, has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Nortek Air, a provider critical air management, thermal and HVAC solutions.
According to Madison, the deal adds strong Nortek brands such as Broan, NuTone, Reznor, StatePoint, Zephyr, Huntair and many others to its portfolio of indoor air quality solutions.

Nortek Air, currently a subsidiary of Melrose Industries PLC, represents a range of products that span from custom and commercial air solutions for high-performance environments, to residential and commercial HVAC and fresh air ventilation systems for homes.
