Eleven Engineering, Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductor products for wireless audio for home theater, multi-room, portable, professional, 12 Volt and gaming applications, has announced that Kyle Collins has become the latest member of the company’s growing Research & Development Design Team.
“We are continuing to add to our R&D design team as worldwide demand of our SKAA technologies and products offerings continues to grow,” said Rex Whitehead, vice president, sales and marketing, Eleven Engineering.
“Kyle has all the tools necessary to contribute to our team right away in order to help take Eleven Engineering and SKAA to the next level both in the short and long terms. We are excited to have him join our team.”
Kyle Collins has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta. In his new position at Eleven Engineering, he will focus on embedded hardware design as well as firmware design.
“I am excited to be able to jump right in and be part of a great team who are helping change not only how we hear the world but how we experience it,” says Collins.
“Eleven’s team is pushing the envelope everyday of what we thought was possible and have had many successes doing that already. I plan to continue on this tradition of innovation and am excited to see what we can create.”
According to the company, its SKAA wireless lets integrators easily create dedicated multiroom home audio systems with a long range up to 150 feet. Eleven Engineering adds that its interference-free low-latency signal eliminates lip-sync issues with TV and gaming, and SKAA-enabled products can stream music between them, up to four sets simultaneously – one transmitter to four devices.
