The official show room of the National Association of Home Builders is an impressive example of the fusion or architecture, design and technology, with LG solutions being chosen as the exclusive consumer electronics partner for what the association calls The New American Home (TNAH).
The home features LG’s Direct View LED and OLED TVs, which are some of the most popular premium display solutions available on the consumer market.
Located in Henderson, Nevada, the 9,400-square-foot home features an unobstructed view of the Las Vegas Valley and features a pool courtyard, a wine cellar, and high-end smart home systems, all while achieving net-zero energy status.
Large, Premium Screens
The TNAH features a major trend in consumer display technology: giant screens. On the second floor is a game room that includes a 136-inch LG DVLED display optimized for a variety of content with 500 nits of brightness and visibility even in sun-lit rooms.
Also featured throughout the home are LG’s line of premium OLED TVs, including the evo G4 series in sizes from 97-inches in the great room to 65-inch model units in the game room, casita and bedrooms.

LG’s OLED TVs are among the most popular OLED TVs on the market. In fact, citing research firm Omdia, LG says it secured the top spot in the global OLED TV market last year, shipping 3.18 million OLED TV units.
LG Smart Appliances, HVAC Systems
Like its Korean counterpart Samsung, LG also manufactures an extensive line of smart appliances, including washers, dryers, fridges, freezers, stoves and dishwashers. These appliances from LG’s built-in luxury appliance line SKS are featured heavily in the NAHB show home.
TNAH 2025 also features advanced heat pump HVAC systems and controls from LG Air Conditioning Technologies USA, driving greater efficiency and contributing to the home’s net zero emissions, an important feature in the sweltering desert of Nevada.
