Following its sale by Bose Corporation, Bose Professional was acquired by Transom Capital Group, a private equity firm. The newly independent company has stated it will continue as an independent business, deepening its efforts and focusing on technologies and solutions that enable their customers to create incredible audio solutions faster and more efficiently.
